During product launches, promotions or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

We ship throughout Australia using reputable postal and courier services.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside our direct control. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, peak periods or other circumstances affecting the delivery network.

Our external packaging does not display product descriptions, explicit imagery or other unnecessary information about the contents of your order.
